About the Conference BACK TO TOP

SLC Platform

Having a vision for where you want your church or organisation to be in the future is vital, but planning how to get there can be a real challenge. The ability to navigate your way from where you are to where you want to be requires a leader who can think, plan and operate strategically.

The Strategic Leadership Conference brings together pastors and leaders from a wide range of churches, businesses and organisations from throughout the Caribbean. It is an opportunity to develop strategic leadership skills and discover how you can be a more purposeful leader.

Hosted by Ministers Fellowship of the West Indies (MFWI), Strategic Leadership Conference takes place each year on a different island in the West Indies and is open to leaders from any background, church or business who want to be more effective in their work and want to establish something that will leave a lasting legacy for future generations.

Date and Location 2015
